A growing number of refining and gas processing companies recognize the benefits of modular fabrication over traditional field fabricated process systems. With two fabrication facilities in the U.S., we design and fabricate unique modules to optimize site layout and fit available space.
Port of Catoosa, OK
Located at the Port of Catoosa on the Arkansas River near Tulsa, Oklahoma, our 128,000 square foot facility and 35,000 square foot structural fabrication shop are well situated to transport modules and equipment via road, rail, and ocean-going barges to global markets via the Port of New Orleans. With 20 acres of fenced area and 10,000 sf of indoor storage, LENA can safely and securely store materials and weather sensitive inventory.
Holly Springs, GA
Hydro-Chem's 76,000 square foot fabrication facility northwest of Atlanta in Holly Springs, Georgia, was constructed to meet the highest quality standards for modular design. Components such as vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, furnaces and piping assemblies are manufactured into a compact, low cost, and easy to install modular units. These pre-assembled units offer the most economical layout without sacrificing access for operation or maintenance.
Besides lower initial costs for field fabrication and construction, customers gain the following benefits:
- Streamlined project execution
- Shorter, predictable schedules
- Fewer safety and operating risks than on-site construction
- Less downtime than on-site construction
- Over 40 years of experience
- ISO 9001 certified
- Structural steel
- Module assembly
- Instrumentation and electrical
- Surface preparation
- Painting and coatings
- Insulation and fireproofing
- Material control
- Boilers and vessels
